Dubai – Mubasher: Emaar Properties’ stock has dominated over 22% of the liquidity in the Dubai Financial Market (DFM) after Dubai Aerospace Enterprise (DAE) Ltd announced earlier on Thursday it repurchased the 4% of its common shares owned by the real estate conglomerate.
By 1:15 pm UAE time, Emaar’s stock edged up 0.23% to AED 4.43, boosting the real estate sector by 0.01%.
Almost 2.510 million shares were traded on the stock and exchanged at a turnover of AED 11.122 million through 167 transactions.
Meanwhile, the DFM’s general index added 1.81 points, or 0.07%, to 2,624.45 points.
