Dubai – Mubasher: The Dubai Financial Market’s (DFM) general index grew 6.7 points, or 0.23%, to close at 2,918.38 points on Wednesday, pushed up by Emaar Properties.
Trading volume reached 209,486 shares, while liquidity amounted to AED 321.4 million.
Emirates NBD, Emaar Properties, and du gained 1.71%, 1.65%, and 0.36%, respectively.
Meanwhile, the banking sector added 0.6%, while the real estate sector grew by 0.59% and the telecom sector went up by 0.36%.
Market capitalisation increased to AED 377 billion on Wednesday, from AED 376.41 billion on Tuesday.
