Dubai – Mubasher: Emaar Properties is planning to launch a number of buildings under a brand called “Collective” as part of its Dubai Hills Estate development, sources told Emirati newspaper Al Bayan.
The Dubai Hills Estate project, located in Mohammed bin Rashed City, is a collaboration between Emaar Properties and Meraas Holding. The two companies commenced operations at the project in mid-2013.
Featuring 4,400 villas and over 160,000 square metres in retail space, the joint project covers an overall area of 2,700 hectares or around 11 million square metres.
The luxury living project will be located near an 18-hole golf course, the newspaper added, indicating that Dubai Hills Estate development, as a whole, will add 22,000 apartments to Dubai’s real estate sector upon completion.
Emaar Properties said the project should be completed by the end of 2020.
