Dubai – Mubasher: Emaar Properties on Monday announced that 18 January would be the deadline for presenting Vida Residence Tower’s tender offers.
The tower comprises 44 storeys, including 350 hotel apartments, according to MEED magazine.
In December, the company extended the deadline for presenting the offers for Dubai Creek Harbour Centre to 26 April 2018.
