Dubai – Mubasher: Emaar Properties launched the Urbana III complex as part of the Emaar South project in Dubai South, according to a statement.
The complex consists of residential units to be offered for sale on 11 April.
Emaar South is 50% owned by Emaar and 50% by Dubai Aviation City Corporation. The first phase of the project will take four years to be developed.
