Dubai – Mubasher: Emaar Properties on Wednesday reported a 5% increase in net profit during the fourth quarter of 2017, registering AED 1.36 billion, compared to AED 1.297 billion in the year-ago period.
The UAE-based company’s revenue soared 21% to AED 5.36 billion in Q4-17 versus AED 4.437 billion in the comparative period of 2016, Emaar Properties said in a statement.
Emaar Properties’ operating profit jumped 16% to AED 5.704 billion in 2017 against AED 4.917 billion a year earlier, the Dubai Financial Market (DFM) listed firm’s data showed.
Meanwhile, the company’s revenue increased by 21% year-on-year to AED 18.812 billion in the last four quarters.
