Dubai – Mubasher: The UAE’s Emaar Properties has considered a slew of investments in Baghdad’s Al Rasheed City project.
The updates will be announced after completing the agreements, CNBC Arabia reported, citing the Dubai property firm as saying.
Early this month, Iraq’s Council of Ministers allowed the National Investment Commission to complete contractual procedures with Emaar Properties and Eagle Hills Properties to execute Al Rasheed City project
In November 2017, Iraq Central Bank’s governor said that Emaar Properties would start establishing the project in 2018 with $10 billion in investments.
