Dubai – Mubasher: The ordinary general meeting (OGM) of Emaar Properties has approved to add a new clause to the company's Articles that permits the distribution of interim dividends on a semi-annual or quarterly basis.
During the meeting, the board members and the auditors were discharged from liability for fiscal year (FY) 2019, according to the company's disclosure to Dubai Financial Market (DFM) on Monday.
Noteworthy to highlight, in 2019, the company's net profits grew by 1% to AED 6.2 billion from AED 6.139 billion in 2018.
