Dubai – Mubasher: Emaar Properties on Wednesday received new offers from two contractors for the construction of Dubai Creek Tower, which will be the world’s tallest tower, according to MEED magazine.
The new offers were presented by Belhasa Six consortium and China State Construction Engineering Corporation (CSCEC), according to Al-Bayan newspaper.
In October 2017, Emaar Properties re-invited tenders to present their offers for the AED 3.67 billion tower, which is situated on six square kilometres.
Dubai Creek Tower is executed in a collaboration between Emaar and Dubai Holding.
