Dubai – Mubasher: Emaar Properties is planning to retender the Dubai Creek Mall next October.
Emaar aims to redesign the mega-project to ease its construction, according to MEED magazine.
In December, Emaar invited contenders to bid for the construction of the Dubai Creek Mall, which it expected would cost between AED 15 billion and AED 18 billion.
The total built-up area of the mall is expected to reach around 3 million square metres (sqm) including a retail area of 1.7 million sqm and a residential area of 550,000 sqm.
