Dubai – Mubasher: Emaar Properties plans to launch the initial public offering (IPO) of its real estate development business by November, the company’s chairman, Mohamed Alabbar, told Al Arabiya TV on Thursday.
Alabbar added that the offering will be similar to Emaar Malls' IPO in 2014.
The chairman noted that the distributions will be of 100% of the anticipated offering of 30% of the real estate development business.
