Dubai – Mubasher: Emaar Properties said it is planning to launch its third residential tower in its Downtown Views II project in Dubai on Tuesday.
The new tower will be connected to The Dubai Mall and will be overlooking the Burj Khalifa, the company revealed on its official Twitter account on Monday.
The launch of the third tower comes after Dubai's largest developer finished selling residential units at its Tower 1 and Tower 2 earlier this year.
In April 2015, Emaar Properties began selling units at its Downtown Views project, which houses 418 units.
Emaar last reported an increase in net profits by 28.2% to AED 5.23 billion from AED 4.08 billion in 2015.
By 12:57 pm UAE time, Emaar's stock was up 0.28% to AED 7.23.
