Riyadh – Mubasher: Emaar The Economic City achieved a growth of 58% in profits of the second quarter this year to SAR 79 million ($21.5 million) as compared to SAR 50 million ($13.6 million) in the same period in 2015.
Operating losses decreased to SAR 23 million in Q2-16 against operating profits worth SAR 63 million in Q2-15, according to a statement on Tadawul.
During the first half of 2016, earnings shrank to SAR 48 million from SAR 136 million in H1-15; a plunge of 64.7% year-on-year.
