Dubai-Mubasher: Emaar Middle East, a subsidiary of Emaar Properties, awarded regional builder Arabian Construction Co. (ACC) the construction contract for its Emaar Residences project.
Situated within the 413,000 sq m Jeddah Gate development, the project is strategically located at the new city centre along King Abdullah Road, according to a statement.
ACC is also working as the construction contractor for the Emaar Square project at Jeddah Gate. The project is scheduled for delivery later this year.
