Dubai-Mubasher: Emaar Properties awarded a AED 1 billion contract to UAE-based Trojan General Contracting (TGC) for the construction of its Mira Oasis townhouses in the second phase of the Reem in Dubai.
The second phase of the Mira Oasis will comprise of 1,393 units, according to a statement.
The project is being built in three stages with phase one, two and three due for completion in December 2017, September 2018 and December 2018 respectively.
"Trojan General Contracting has been appointed as the sole contractor for the Reem project," the statement highlighted.
