Dubai-Mubasher: Emaar Properties has denied the reports published regarding increasing its stake in a subsidiary in India.
Emaar said it has no plans to increase its equity in India’s Emaar MGF Land, as a clarification to the reports published on 11 July regarding “increase of shareholding of Emaar Properties in Emaar MGF Land Limited above 74%”, according to a bourse statement issued Tuesday.
