Dubai – Mubasher: The UAE-based Emaar Properties extended the deadline to receive offers for the largest international shopping centre until 26 April 2018.
The centre will be located in Dubai Creek.
MEED forecast that the centre will expand over an area of 3 million square metres.
The centre will include 1.7 million square metres for retail shops, 550,000 metres for residential apartments, and 180,000 for the commercial offices.
In October, the real estate firm told the contracting companies to present their offers ahead of 17 December.
