Dubai - Mubasher: Emaar Development has unveiled a new investor-friendly co-living space in Dubai Hills under the name Collective.
Spanning 11 million square meters near Dubai Hills Mall, the new project includes a metro station that will be constructed soon.
Unit prices start from AED 671,888 ($182,904) for a one-bedroom apartment, according to the company’s statement.
