Dubai - Mubasher: Emaar Properties on Wednesday announced the launch of the Seashore (Sirdhana by Emaar), a new Riviera-style coastal destination, in Mina Rashid, Dubai.
Residences of the all-round waterfront lifestyle development now can enjoy a limited collection of 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom apartments that overlook the marina and the Downtown Dubai skyline, according to a press release.
Amenities of the first phase of residences in the free zone development include signature hotels, a private beach club, a community park, splash park, a community podium with a gym and kids’ play area, boardwalk promenade, a waterfront plaza, retail and F&B outlets, Emaar highlighted.
“Investing in Seashore assures long-term returns as Mina Rashid is set to become the world’s leading sailing destination with 430 wet berths that can welcome the largest yachts, which will catalyse cruise tourism that grows at an annual rate of 16% to 18%,” the leading real estate company said.
Moreover, the project also includes the well-known 13-deck floating hotel Queen Elizabeth (QE2).
In May, Emaar unveiled Mina Rashid project in partnership with P&O Marinas, a subsidiary of global trade enabler DP World – UAE Region.
