Dubai-Mubasher: Dubai-based property developer Emaar Properties started the sale of residential units in Dubai Opera project in Downtown Dubai, according to the company’s statement.
In early December, Emaar, in cooperation with Hamptons International, launched Dubai Opera in Downtown Dubai’s Opera District.
The project will consist of 65-storey residential tower to be established before the Address Hotel.
Emaar Middle East, the Saudi subsidiary of Emaar Properties, also opened ‘Emaar Residences,’ its third residential project in Jeddah Gate.
