Dubai – Mubasher: Emaar Properties listed on Monday sukuk worth AED 2.75 billion ($750 million) on Nasdaq Dubai, according to a bourse statement.
As a result, the total value of sukuk listed in Dubai rose to AED 167.31 billion ($45.55 billion).
In July 2012, the real estate developer also listed sukuk valued at AED 1.84 billion ($500 million) on the exchange.
Nasdaq Dubai has seen so far this year the listing of 14 sukuk with a total value of AED 36.73 billion ($10 billion).
