Dubai – Mubasher: Emaar Properties offered a tender worth $4 billion to $5 billion (AED 15 billion to AED 18 billion) for the construction of Dubai Creek Tower early September, MEED magazine reported.
A total of 14 construction companies will compete to implement the project.
The companies include UK-based Carillion, Al Naboodah Construction Group (ANCG), Arabtec Construction, and Khansaheb Civil Engineering.
The tower project is developed as a joint venture between Emaar and Dubai Holding.
