Mubasher: Emaar Properties announced the 6-square kilometre 17 Icon Bay in the heart of the Island District of Dubai Creek Harbour, according to a statement.
The 43-storey sleek residential tower will be launched for sale on 29 August.
The project will boast 300 apartments with one, two, and three bedrooms.
“The homes will offer a serene getaway right in the heart of the city,” Emaar’s managing director Ahmad Al Matrooshi said.
“Customers can visit the Dubai Creek Harbour Sales Pavilion in Ras Al Khor, Emaar Sales Centre at Downtown Dubai, the Dubai Hills Estate Sales Centre on Umm Suqeim Road, and the Emaar Sales Centre in Abu Dhabi at the Al Nahda Tower on 4th Street, Corniche,” according to the company.
