Mubasher: Emaar Properties posted a 56% rise year-on-year in its net profits during the fourth quarter of 2016, according to a statement.
Net profits reached AED 1.613 billion ($439 million) in Q4-16, compared to AED 1.034 billion ($281 million) in Q4-15.
In Q4-16, revenue grew 16% to AED 4.437 billion ($1.208 billion) from AED 3.812 billion ($1.038 billion) in Q4-15.
The company achieved net profits of AED 5.233 billion ($ 1.425 billion) in 2016, up 28.2% from AED 4.082 billion ($1.111 billion) in 2015.
Revenues stood at AED 15.540 billion ($ 4.231 billion) in 2016, a growth of 14% from AED 13.661 billion ($3.719 billion).
