Dubai – Mubasher: Emaar Properties on Wednesday reissued tender documents of Dubai Creek Harbour in Duabi, MEED magazine reported.
The companies that will participate in the tender are: Arabtec Construction, Belhasa Group, and China State Construction Engineering, according to Albayan newspaper.
In early October, MEED stated that Emaar Properties may offer Dubai Creek Harbour for tender again.
Emaar Properties and Dubai Holding are the partners in Dubai Creek Harbour project which is expected to be completed in 2020.
