Dubai-Mubasher: Emaar Properties’ stock saw an upward trend in Tuesday’s early trades following the news that the company started the sale of residential units in Dubai Opera project in Downtown Dubai.
The stock rose 0.57% by 11:40am UAE time after trading 6.7 million shares through 301 transactions, generating AED 35.25 million.
The DFMGI gained 0.03% or 0.91 points to reach 2,915.09 points. Turnover reached AED 140 million after 116 million shares were traded.
