Dubai – Mubasher: UAE’s property developer Emaar Properties said it would take steps to re-organise its India-based subsidiary through demerger, according to a statement posted Wednesday.
Emaar holds a 48.86% stake in Emaar MGF Ltd – India, a joint venture with India’s MGF.
The joint venture has several outstanding projects over areas of 7,500 acres cross Indian cities.
