Dubai-Mubasher: Emaar Properties is negotiating with the Turkish hotel group Rixos to acquire 50% stake in its theme park project in Turkey, Daily Sabah newspaper reported.
The first phase of the project stands at 1.2 billion Turkish lira (AED 1.5 billion).
The theme park is expected to attract 1 million tourists to Antalya in Turkey, the Turkish newspaper said, adding that the project is scheduled to be completed by 2021.
In a reply to Mubasher’s question via email, Emaar said that it continues to seek new investment opportunities with many companies.
