Dubai-Mubasher: Emaar Properties posted a 8% rise year-on-year in the second quarter of 2016, according to a bourse statement.
Net profits reached AED 1.27 billion ($346 million) in Q2-16, compared to AED 1.18 billion ($321 million) in Q2-15.
On an annual basis, revenues grow 7% to AED 3.72 billion in Q2-16 as a result of “Emaar’s focus on on-schedule construction progress”.
The company posted profits of AED 2.47 billion ($674 million) in H1-16, a 12% rise from AED 2.20 billion ($600 million) in H1-16. Revenues also grew 11% to AED 7.26 billion in H1-16 from AED 6.52 billion in the prior-year period.
