Dubai – Mubasher: Emaar Properties’ stock rose 0.12% in Tuesday’s mid-session, backed by the announcement of a new project.
The stock reached AED 8.44 by 11:45 am UAE time, with a turnover of AED 10.02 million generated from the exchange of 1.18 million shares.
The company’s expansion and projects reflect its strong operational performance, capital market analyst Mahmoud Ziad noted.
Emaar announced in an official statement the launch of a 43-storey sleek residential tower, 17 Icon Bay.
The stock targets AED 8.5, above which it will move higher to AED 8.8 and AED 9, Ziad added.
