Dubai – Mubasher: Emaar Properties on Wednesday announced that it will develop 10 million square feet of housing units and a new hotel at Dubai Harbour’s water front.
Meraas Holding is developing the 20 million square-foot project, which was launched earlier this year, according to a company statement.
“Emaar’s hospitality project will be operated by its Address Hotels + Resorts and will include branded residences,” Emaar revealed.
The new residential project’s master plan will include Sky Dive Dubai, Dubai International Marine Club, and Logo Island under Dubai Harbour, Emaar added.
The Dubai-based developer recently announced a $17 billion residential city project in Baghdad, Iraq.
Emaar is planning to receive an AED 1.5 billion loan from First Abu Dhabi Bank.
