Dubai – Mubasher: Emaar Properties on Thursday plans to launch Vida Zabeel project in Zabeel region in Dubai.
The project consists of two towers, and establishing it started before its offering, according to sources.
Emaar plans to complete the project in the fourth quarter of 2020, Albayan newspaper reported, citing the sources as saying.
Emaar Properties’ stock, rose 1.4%, closing at AED 8.70, with a trading volume of 4.4 million shares, generating AED 38.82 million on Wednesday.
