Dubai-Mubasher: Emaar Industries and Investments (EII), a subsidiary of Emaar Properties, acquired a significant stake in UAE-based Leaders Fort Contracting (LFC), according to a statement.
Emaar’s unit will support LFC to expand in the oil and gas, and military sectors.
EII did not disclose any details regarding the stake size or the transaction value.
Emaar’s stock rose 2.25% to AED 6.37, with a turnover of AED 44.83 million generated from the exchange of 7.04 million shares.
