Dubai – Mubasher: Emaar Properties on Wednesday announced the launch of the fourth phase of its Expo Golf Villas project, about ten minutes away from the headquarters of Expo 2020 Dubai.
The project is expected to be delivered by April 2022, Dubai’s biggest publicly traded developer said in a statement.
Located in the Emaar South Boulevard, the project will feature an outdoor pool, lawn, kids play area, and shaded parking in addition to the neighbourhood community centre featuring a gym and serving as a hub for social interactions.
The six-month Expo 2020 Dubai will be held between 20 October 2020 and 10 April 2021 and is expected to welcome more than 25 million visitors.
