Dubai – Mubasher: Emaar Properties plans to establish the 17 Aykon B tower in Creek Dubai, Al Bayan newspaper.
Construction of the tower will start during the second half of 2018, with expectations to be delivered in the second half of 2020.
The project comprises ten luxury residential units, marking the eleventh tower to be developed by Emaar.
