Dubai-Mubasher: The DFM Company confirmed that the incident related to the embezzled amount of AED 448,000 did not cause any losses, according to a bourse filing.
The amount was recovered immediately in full from the accused financial services director.
“On 19 July 2016, the Dubai Court of First Instance has fined the defendant with AED 448,000 and handed him a one-year suspended imprisonment,” the company said.
