Cairo – Mubasher: Emerald Real Estate Investment achieved net profits of EGP 12.61 million in the first nine months of 2020, down by 46% year-on-year (YoY) from EGP 23.32 million.
The company’s revenues fell to EGP 37.405 million in the January-September period from EGP 44.98 million in the year-ago period, according to a bourse disclosure on Tuesday.
During the first half (H1) of 2020, the company posted net profits of EGP 7.89 million, down from EGP 16.77 million in H1-19.
