Cairo – Mubasher: The ordinary general meeting (OGM) of Emerald Real Estate Investment approved a proposal to distribute bonus shares for 2020.
The shareholders approved a bonus issue, representing 10% of the share capital, divided over two dividend distributions worth EGP 12.5 million each, the company said in a bourse disclosure on Monday.
During 2020, Emerald Real Estate Investment logged EGP 19.05 million in net profits, compared to EGP 26.15 million a year earlier.
