Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Emirates Auction is planning to expand and enter new markets as part of its scheme to meet growing demand for its services, the organisation’s chairman and managing director has revealed.
The auction house is looking to enter the Saudi and Kuwaiti markets, where it will organise auctions for vehicles, real estate, and unique numbers, Abdulla Al Mannaei told Emirates News Agency (WAM) in an interview, highlighting that the firm had become a preferred destination for auctions in the UAE.
Emirates Auction currently has around 95% of the auction in market Bahrain and the UAE, Al Mannaei highlighted.

Downloads for his company’s mobile app increased 9% on the Apple Store last year, whereas on the Android, it had jumped 15% compared to 2016 figures, the chairman revealed, indicating that overall downloads for Emirates Auction’s mobile app have surpassed the 1 million mark.
With 20 branches across the UAE, Emirates Auction has offices in Bahrain, Egypt, and the UK. It has also created an online market with over 1.3 million bidders.
On another note, “Al Mannaei maintained that the company has succeeded in developing the Electronic Jurisdictions System, which had the effect of saving time and money for the country’s courts and simplifying procedures of the dispute process, as well as contributing to provide the best judicial services for litigants, lawyers and experts all over the country,” WAM stated.
