UAE – Mubasher: Emirates Islamic Bank has opened a new branch in Baniyas, Deira, according to the lender’s statement on Monday.
Located in the traditional heart of Dubai, the newly opened branch brings the total number of Emirates Islamic’s branches to 58 in the UAE and 29 in Dubai.
“The inauguration of the new branch reinforces our pride in our roots and reflects our commitment to strengthening our network to serve customers across the nation,” Hesham Abdulla Al Qassim, chairman of Emirates Islamic and vice chairman and managing director of Emirates NBD, commented.
The Baniyas branch will offer retail, priority, business, and corporate banking services, Emirates Islamic noted.
“With customer convenience at the heart of our offering, we have consistently invested in strengthening our branch and ATM networks in the UAE, while further developing our digital and mobile banking channels,” Salah Amin, CEO of Emirates Islamic, said.
He added that the new branch will enable Emirates Islamic to cater to small and medium businesses, which power the UAE’s economy.
