Dubai-Mubasher: Emirates NBD board recommended the distribution of 40% cash dividend for the fiscal year 2015, according to a filing to Dubai Financial Market (DFM) on Monday.
During the meeting held on 17 January, the board also approved to hold the annual general meeting on 15 February.
