Dubai – Mubasher: Emirates NBD said its shareholders will consider on Sunday, 12 February, the board’s recommendation on annual dividends, according to a statement.
The board proposed to distribute 40% dividends or 40 fils per share.
During their annual general meeting, the shareholders will also approve the consolidated financial statements for the year ending 31 December 2016.
The shareholders will give a nod to the directors’ proposals with respect to non-equity securities to be issued by the company.
