Emirates REIT assets reach $487.8m in H1-17

Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Emirates REIT on Wednesday said its assets rose 4% year-on-year by the end of the first half of 2017.

Assets increased to $487.8 million by the end of H1-17, from $469.4 million in H1-16, according to a statement by the company.

The portfolio value levelled up to $772.1 million by the end of June 2017, the firm added, noting that leasing revenues surged 31% to reach $21.5 million in H1-17.

The Nasdaq Dubai-listed firm stated that operational profits went up 67% reaching $8.3 million during H1-17, on the back of the growth of leasing value.
