Dubai – Mubasher: Emirates REIT plans to pay interim dividends worth AED 44.00 million ($11.98 million) or AED 0.15 ($0.04) per share for 2016, according to a press release.
Shareholders of record as at market close on 16 January 2017 will be entitled to receive the dividend.
"This interim dividend, to be paid on or before 31 January 2017, is the first dividend payment relating to the year 2016," the statement added.
