Dubai-Mubasher: Emirates REIT said that its net asset value totalled $458.5 million (AED 1.7 billion) by the end of January, according to a filing to Nasdaq Dubai on Tuesday.
Net assets grew to $1.5701 per share before payment of 2015’s interim dividend of $0.04 per share.
The portfolio value stood at $675 million (AED 2.5 billion).
The company’s profits rose 26.6% to $61.5 million in 2015, compared to $46.6 million in 2014.
