Dubai-Mubasher: Emirates REIT posted net assets at a total value of $459.2 million (AED 1.69 billion) by the end of February, compared to $458.5 million (AED 1.68 billion) by the end of January, according to a statement.
Net asset value stood at $1.5325 (AED 5.63) per share.
The portfolio value reached $676 million (AED 2.5 billion).
The company’s profits rose 26.6% to $61.5 million in 2015, compared to $46.6 million in 2014.
