Dubai – Mubasher: The general assembly of Emirates REIT approved the board’s proposal for distributing cash dividends for 2017 during a meeting held on 21 June.
Dividends worth $0.04 per share will be distributed as of 30 June to all registered investors on 14 June, while total distributed dividends for 2017 have reached $0.08 per share, the company highlighted in a statement to Nasdaq Dubai.
It is worth noting that Emirates REIT had reported a 21% year-on-year growth in revenues before tax, minority interest, and EBITDA for the first quarter of 2018, generating AED 31.3 million ($8.5 million).
The value of the company’s portfolio surged to AED 3.2 billion ($870 million).
On 31 March, the net value of Emirates REIT’s total assets stood at around AED 1.9 billion ($520 million), or $1.73 per share.
