Dubai-Mubasher: The shareholders of Emirates Refreshments Co. gave the go-ahead to the recommended 5% dividends for 2015, according to a bourse statement.
The dividend payout stands at 5 fils per share, totalling AED 1.5 million.
The shareholders also approved during their ordinary general meeting (OGM) the appointment of four new board members.
The shareholders gave a nod to amendments to the articles of association, in accordance with the companies’ commercial law.
