Dubai-Mubasher: Emirates Refreshments Co. said its board recommended cash dividends for 2015 at 5 fils a share, totalling AED 1.5 million.
The proposal will be discussed in the upcoming general meeting which will be held on 14 April.
FY15 earnings rose 320% to AED 4.2 million, compared with AED 1.01 million a year earlier.
The company operates with AED 30 million capital, divided into 30 million shares at a par value of AED 1 each.
