Dubai – Mubasher: Emirates Reit’s overall asset value declined by the end of June by 1.05% to $469 million, compared to $474 million by the end of May.
Net asset value amounted to $1.61 (AED 5.91) per share before distributing $0.04 (AED 0.15) per share for June.
Rental Income grew in the first half of fiscal 2016 by 28.3% year-on-year to $20.9 million ($AED 76.76 million).
Total property income from rent, service fees and other income rose by $4.5 million (AED 16.53 million) to $23.6 million (AED 86.68 million).
The total portfolio value increased in June by $49 million (AED 179.96 million) to $722 million (AED 2.65 billion), compared to $696.62 million (AED2.56 billion) in May.
Emirates Reit, listed on NASDAQ, earlier posted a net profit of AED 14.30 million ($52.52 million) for Q1-16, 58% up from $9.06 million ($33.28 million) for Q1-15.
